The Business Side
Over the course of my 20 year career in management consulting and real estate brokerage, I have garnered the trust and respect of hundreds of clients, from Fortune 500 C-level executives to individual homebuyers, by being impeccable with my word, doing my personal best and putting the best interests of my clients ahead of my own.
My ability to clearly deconstruct overwhelming complexity into a simple, easy to understand process serves my clients' needs well. With a blank sheet of paper, a pen, and my natural gift of common sense, I would easily walk someone through the process of finding, evaluating, financing and purchasing a home. Clients always ask if they can keep my simple drawing, as it contains a wealth of information and a solid visual anchor for the material I have presented.
I use the same approach in consulting with entrepreneurs and small business clients struggling to find their way in the increasingly complex arena of social media. I work closely with them to:
- Demystify the social scene to understand how social media can grow their business
- Implement 'listening' outposts
- Develop relevant and engaging content
- Fine tune their 'social voice'
- Craft their personal business story
- Make marketing fun and effective
Businesses are people and customers are people. I work with clients to build solid, profitable relationships with their customers and other business people!
The Flip Side

Besides working with business clients and personal coaching clients, I have many other interests that compete for my time. I'm an enthusiastic kitchen hack, so I adore experimenting with all things edible. My kitchen quests are varied; perfecting my loaves of sourdough bread, making cheese, charcuterie, jams and homemade pasta are some of the experiments I've been working on for years! What will I do once I perfect them?
I love designing houses as it frees my inner, albeit unschooled, architect. I've yet to meet a home kitchen more efficient than the ones I've designed and built, but that's just my humble opinion!
I maintain a photo-journal of the town I live in to share with the hundreds of thousands of people who spend a bit of their summers here. I've always been fascinated with the 'real' side of touristy towns, so that led me to document mine.
My next photo-journal topic will be an ode to bad home design, most likely called, If Houses Could Talk!
